AAAP Special Interest Groups

What is a SIG?

The AAAP has members with many diverse astronomical interests. In order to facilitate communications among members with simliar interests, Special Interest Groups have been established. Membership in a SIG is open to all AAAP members and no formal commitment is required. Those who sign on with a SIG will have the opportunity to attend several informal meetings a year (in addition to the regular AAAP meetings), and share ideas, observations, and questions.

Each link below will take you to a page that describes in detail the scope of the SIG. Contact information for the SIG chair(s) is also provided.
